Policies and Forms

At White Pine we want to ensure that you and all of our other guests are taken care of efficiently and that all of our guests are safe by being aware of our policies.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies below regarding lodging and summer activities.

  • Pack Trips require a $500 deposit to hold your dates, with 50% down of total balance due to confirm your dates (or at least 45+ days prior to your trip, whichever comes first).
  • We will not consider your pack trip dates confirmed until we receive your ½ down payment even though we may have agreed upon dates.
  • Cabin Reservations require a one-night deposit (FYI…We do not require deposits for the campground as it is first come, first serve)
  • Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to the following year.
  • There are absolutely NO refunds on any payments with less than 45 day notice.
  • No rate reductions or extra days will be given if you leave before the conclusion of your trip or fail to arrive on the prearranged dates.
  • Any cancellations upon arrival or after arrival will be billed in full.
  • All Prices Subject to Change without Notice.
  • Prices do not include Sales Tax, USFS Fees, Cost of any licenses which may be required (i.e., fishing), Alcohol, or Gratuities to staff.
Guest Corral Rental:

Guests of White Pine may have use of our Horse Corral for an additional fee. We have safe fencing and do not allow picketing or horse in trailers or tied to trailers overnight. We have safe tie ups, water hoses and clean troughs available for your convenience. Rates and restrictions apply. Subject to availability. Please call White Pine for Corral rental or use.

Corral Rates and Rules:
  • $10.00 per horse per night
  • You must clean up after your horse in the corral, at the trailer and around the corral. Please make sure to bring your own small muck bucket and fork.
  • No horses will be allowed to be tied near or ridden through the Camping Sites at White Pine for the safety of horses and humans.
  • White Pine will not be responsible for any injury to you or your horses. There are local veterinarians and farriers and a local clinic available if you should encounter any health or injury issues with you or your horse. We have knowledgeable personnel onsite for animal or human basic first aid needs.
Guest Horse and Pet Restrictions:
  • Guests must provide all feed and care. We do not provide a Corral groom or muck hand.
  • Horses coming from out of state must have the proper heath certificates or they will not be permitted to stay. If you have any questions regarding what your horse needs please feel free to ask upon reserving lodging or consult your veterinarian. 
  • All hay and grain MUST be certified weed free.
  • White Pine will check all of these certificates upon your arrival.
  • Only leashed pets are allowed. Please pick up after your pets.
Fishing Policies:
  • Anyone 14 years of age and older MUST have a fishing license to be able to fish.
  • White Pine adheres to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department rules and regulations of Fishing and Boating. Please visit https://wgfd.wyo.gov/fishing-and-boating for more information and obtaining licenses.

White Pine Resort adheres to the USFS rules and regulations regarding livestock and public and private land use.
